11th/ 12th February, 2011: In-house seminar about Risk Management
For bankers and financial managers from Volkswagen Financial Service AG, ŠkoFIN s.r.o. and Volkswagen Finančné Služby Slovensko s.r.o. IPFM has organised a special in-house seminar about Risk Management. This course was taught by Professor Dr. Hermann Locarek-Junge from the University of Techniques of Dresden/ Germany. Participants came from the Czech republic, Germany and Slovakia.
There will be a second part taking place in Prague on 29th/ 30th April, 2011.

1st October, 2010: IPFM has enrolled a new MBA program in German.

11th and 12th September, 2010: Entrance exams and interview for the new MBA program in German
Applicants for the upcoming MBA program in German took a language test and an expert interview with the dean, prof. Günter, and the co-ordinator, Ms. Susanne Neumann.
29th August 2010: China in focus of IPFM!
The content of the module Accounting and Controlling will be extended by a new offer: Comparison of applying Controlling in Europe and China
Professor: Prof. Dr. Wang Xuji, Tongji University, Shanghai
Prof. Wang graduated as a Business Economist from the Ruhr-University of Bochum. Until 1994 prof. Wang was a scholar within the program for young professors that was financed by the Volkswagen Foundation and managed by prof. Günter at the Tongji University of Shanghai.
24th August, 2010: Full membership of ŠkoFIN s.r.o. and Volkswagen Finančné Služby Slovakia from 2011
Meeting with CESs of both companies, Mr. Stefan Rasche, ŠkoFIN s.r.o., and Dr. Michael Klaffenböck, Volkswagen Finančné Služby Slovakia, at IPFM.
23th August, 2010: Meeting with prof. Švejnar, PhD., chairman of the Executive and Supervisory Committee of CERGE-EI at Charles University
- Prof. Günter and prof. Švejnar talked about increasing the co-operation between IPFM and CERGE-EI.

17th May, 2010: Meeting at Chinese Centre in Hannover / Germany
Prof. Günter met representatives of Chinese Centre in Hannover. They discussed the future co-operation of IPFM, Confucius Institut and professors of the managment faculty of Tongji University in Shaghai / China from spring 2011.
5th May, 2010: SAP BSCE s.r.o. member of IPFM
SAP BSCE s.r.o. which is located in Prague is becoming member of IPFM.
17th February, 2010: Meeting in Mlada Boleslav
Meeting with SKODA AUTO a.s., Mrs. Ing. Bila (HR), and Import Volkswagen Group s.r.o., Ms. Ing. Slipkova. IPFM and its corporate partners discussed about the development of the MBA program.
22nd-24th January, 2010: Last course of the German program 2008 / 2009
Due to the co-operation of IPFM with Hochschule Amberg-Weiden, the last course (Modul: "Management Information Systems") of the German program was held in Weiden.
