The faculty (see table below) is comprised of international specialists who have a strong scientific reputation and practical experience with companies. All university professors cooperating with IPFM have numerous years of teaching experience at top European and American universites, including U. S. MBA programs.

The faculty at IPFM believes that the use of case studies incorporated into an already interactive teaching approach better enables students to apply the knowledge and theories they learn to real life practial situation. Simulation games and e-learning incroporated into the program structure also help students to develop stronger decision-making and analytical skills. Faculty members also integrate their own research into the classroom experience to make a more dynamic learning environment. 

The monitor participants' progress, discussions, team presentations and quizzes take place regulary.
