German Course in Weiden

IPFM has been cooperating with a number of European universities. One of them is the University of Applied Sciences Amberg-Weiden, Germany where the intensive course of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior II took place from 26-27 March. Current students of the English program at IPFM had a great opportunity to gain the understanding of different roles and the demands of human resource managers in globalized business, the recognition of mistakes that hinder organizations to transform and understand how to create major changes in organizations, and far more.
