Cooperation with MTUCI

Cooperation with MTUCI

The Institute for Industrial and Financial Management (IPFM) constantly strives to internationalize the learning opportunities for its students and builds up co-operations with foreign universities. Dean and director of IPFM, Prof. Dr. Horst Günter together with the co-ordinator Susanne Neumann welcomed  representatives of Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics (MTUCI) lead by the Dean and General Director of Business, Innovative Technologies and Intelectual Systems, Ms. Valentina N. Fedoseeva, for a discussion about prospective cooperation with MTUCI. Mutual exchange of ideas and thoughts about what could be done for the students and the MBA programs of both MTUCI and IPFM showed to be really inspiring and promising.

Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics is the oldest technical university in Russia. An impressive array of recognized corporate partners and supporters underlines the high reputation of the university. MTUCI also offers MBA programs tailored for top-management of Russian businesses.

Both schools agreed not only on the exchange of professors and experience with the aim to further enhance the quality and value of their programs, but they decided to work together on introducing a joint MBA program. A cooperation contract containing specific need-to-be-taken steps was therefore signed on May 27, 2009, and is expected to make a bridge across the existing IPFM´s transatlantic connection with North Carolina, linking IPFM with Eastern Europe. This will surely enable the students of IPFM to gain a new perspective and open new opportunities for them.
